An open space production facility located in Al Quoz’s Design District. We use state of the art equipment to produce the regions finest HACCP certified 300lb blocks of crystal clear ice. Our factory is specifically designed to solve the supply issues and challenges currently faced by the industry. Fully automated machinery and efficient daily operations ensure that we can supply the highest quality ice to the region’s beverage industry, F&B outlets and home consumers.
No Bad Smell or Taste
Prior to the freezing process, our water is refined to the highest quality using reverse osmosis, filtration and distillation. Using poor quality water can leave an unintended taste and smell in your beverage.
Crystal clear
The purpose of ice is to keep your beverage cold and enjoyable. A singular ice cube or sphere is designed to melt slower than using many individual cubes. This lower melt rate reduces the amount of water in your beverage, ensures your drink is refreshingly cold, and increases the longevity of the original flavour profile.
Low melt Rate
Cloudy, spotty or patterned ice shows the gases and other elements that exist in the water and the rate the water was frozen. Our ice undergoes a slow process of bottom freezing which ensures any trapped gases are squeezed to the top of the water and eventually removed leaving a stunning finish.
